All of our pool services are available to book online via our online booking diary.

We are a cashless business, and cannot take card payments over the phone. Instead, please use our online booking diary. Here you can see real-time availability at the pool.

If your preferred date is greyed-out, this means it is either fully booked, or the date has yet to be released. Please join our waitlist to be automatically notified if and when a suitable slot becomes available.

For all of our pool services, we require payment in full at the time of booking.

For private hire and swim parties of 1-hour or more, we require 7 days' notice to cancel your booking to be eligible to receive a full refund. Up to 48 hours prior to your appointment start time, we will accept 1 reschedule/amendment to date/time or a partial refund of 50%. For pool hire of 30 minutes or less, we require 48 hours notice to cancel your booking for a full refund, or with just 24 hours notice we will accept 1 reschedule/amendment to date/time or a partial refund of 50%. Any appointments that have been rescheduled as set out in the timeframe above and then later cancelled will not be entitled to a refund.

Unfortunately, not - the pool here is very popular, and so to ensure fairness to all of those wishing to swim with us, we do not hold slots.

For each of our party packages, the maximum number of swimmers is 22 - this is the pool's maximum capacity and under no circumstances can we allow more than 22 swimmers.

All ages are included in this - adults & children - and we require this to be the same 22 swimmers for the duration of your hire.

You are welcome to bring along any additional non-swimmers to spectate as we have seating around the pool and also in the spectator area - please keep in mind we have parking for 16 vehicles only.

Our party packages are for up to 22 swimmers - this is the pool's maximum capacity so we state 'up to 22'. We do not offer discounts on any of our pool services. There are a wide range of services available to book at our pool, so please be sure to choose the pool service best suited to your budget and requirements.

Unfortunately, we do not have any additional space or catering facilities for you to hire.

We have use of the pool, car park and the path that leads to-and-from. Please help us stay in the owner's good books by sticking to these areas only.

Unfortunately, not. We hire from the owners, the pool and car park - the remainder of the grounds are private and strictly off-limits.

If you wish to have your own music playing during your party, please share with us ahead of your swim the link to your Spotify playlist link - a member of the team will need to load this onto our iPad in the office as this is where our amp is located (this is the most reliable method for playing music, all other methods have proven to be troublesome for various reasons).

Of course - there is a section at the checkout stage of our online booking diary where you can add any notes to your booking, or pop us an email and a member of the team will do their best to accommodate your request.

We've previously hosted parties for party people where music or flashing disco lights wouldn't be suitable - we are here to make your party truly yours, and many of our pool users choose to swim with us because of this.
