We do not allow food consumption on site - please ensure you have suitable preparations to send your guests home with their cake/cupcake if you plan on bringing a birthday treat. Due to supplier issues, we no longer provide a complimentary gift for the birthday person.

We do not provide an on-duty lifeguard service.
Here are our recommended adult-to-child ratios in line with guidance from Swim England:
Under 5's - 1 adult to 1 child
Ages 5-8 years: 1 adult to 2 children
Ages 8-15 years: 1 adult to 3 children
Please Note: Any child who is not a confident swimmer must be accompanied by an adult regardless of age.
